How to Sync the VRA events calendar with your calendar

If you would like to add a live VRA calendar to your google or apple calendar, head to the events page and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Right click the "iCal URL" and select "copy link address"

Google Calander

Head over to your google calendar and next to "Other Calanders" select the "+" button and select "From URL". Paste in the URL you copied from the VRA website. Give it a moment and it should sync. If it doesn't sync, you may need to delete that calendar and try again.

If you want that calander to sync with your phone or other devices, go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/syncselect and tick the box next to the calendar you just created. Don't forget to hit save on the far right of the screen.

Apple Calander

From the calander application on you Macbook, select file and then new calender subscriptions. Enter the URL you copied from the VRA webiste and you are good to go.

Please note that there may be delays from when events are change on the VRFA website to when they are synced on your calendar. Please always use the VRA website for the most up-to-date information.
