David Wilkins is on the BALLS Organising Committee and will present on both of these events.  David has also organised a short trivia with a prize for the winner.

An Overview of Dangerous Goods Regulations for Rocketeers.

David Boyd  will present an introduction to the Dangerous Goods Regulations that are relevant to rocketeers in Victoria. Topics will include an overview of state and federal regulations, licencing, storage, transportation, and use of rocket propellants and associated items. A few extra topics will be presented including an understanding of explosive codes, hazard divisions and compatibility groups which will help with understanding some parts of the regulations.
